About us
About AlignAI
Align AI was founded in 2026 by Darren Squire.
Darren has many years of experience in the Information Technology domain in Executive, Operations and Sales Management roles. Prior to this, a career in field sales where a consultative approach to the positioning and implementation of complex solutions in a variety of industry sectors was key to success.
With experience as both a technology solution provider and a business leader, Darren has experienced the challenge of making good decisions about technology adoption from both perspectives.
The business owns and is accountable for outcomes and is best placed to articulate their needs. In the absence of this information there is a risk that technology vendors drive the decision process, which even if well intentioned, usually results in bad outcomes.
A good solution provider, whether in-house, or external will want context to ensure they don't either solve the wrong problem, or create a bigger one.
A shared understanding and common language is required.
Our goal at Align AI is to provide this bridge, equipping business leaders with the skills to engage confidently with technology, ensuring that technology decisions are grounded in business needs.
